This returns policy applies to any purchase made directly via the BooHQ website.

Exchange and Refund Policy Terms and Conditions

BooHQ is happy to exchange or refund your items on presentation of a valid receipt.

Refunds or exchanges will be given only if the product is unused or faulty.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt (whichever is the later) and be in perfect condition in their original packaging.

Your right to exchange faulty/damaged items has a return period greater than 30 days per your statutory rights.

We will refund to your original payment method.

Gift cards are not refundable.

To return or exchange items ordered online, please complete the following:

Please indicate whether your preferred option is to receive a Refund or to request a Replacement.
Repack the item (in its original packaging, if applicable) along with the Dispatch Note.
